Dr. Mays is a past President of the American Association of the National Student Research Group and a recipient of the American College of Dentists Leadership Award during her time at the University of Kentucky. Recognized for her commitment to excellence in dentistry, she has been named a Top Dentist in Cincinnati Magazine annually since 2016 through 2025, as well as a Top Dentist in Cincy Magazine.
When not at work, Dr. Mays loves to read history, biographies, and fiction. She has also spent time running road races, from 5Ks to marathons, and has completed 37 marathons (through 2023). She enjoys visiting her son, who works in New York City, spending time with her husband, and cuddling with their two cute cats and crazy dog, Oliver. She also finds comfort and purpose in spending time in Montana, volunteering with Smiles Across Montana in a heartfelt tribute to her daughter’s memory.

Have been going to Dr. Mays for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. The staff is extremely considerate and professional. Couldn’t imagine going to a different dentist.
