Smiles Across Montana, in partnership with Montana State University and several tribal nations, is proud to host the inaugural Mission Clinic during the 49th Annual MSU American Indian Council PowWow.

This four-day event will provide free essential dental care to MSU students, community members, and PowWow attendees while honoring the life and legacy of Natalie Mays, an MSU student who dedicated her life to serving others.

Whether you’re a dental professional, volunteer, donor, or community member, we invite you to be part of this incredible event and help create a lasting impact.

How You Can Get Involved

Are you a dentist, hygienist, assistant, or dental student looking to give back? Join us in providing much-needed care using Minimally Invasive Dental Techniques and patient education.

General Volunteers Needed – No dental experience? No problem! Help with event setup, patient check-in, and logistics.

Your support makes this mission possible! We need supplies, equipment, and financial contributions to serve as many patients as possible.

📦 Supplies Needed:

  • Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss
  • Gloves, masks, and sanitization products
  • Dental materials for preventative and restorative care

Honoring Natalie Mays

This mission clinic is dedicated to the memory of Natalie Mays, an MSU student with a deep love for Native American culture and a passion for serving others. Though her life was tragically cut short in 2024, her vision for community outreach and care continues to inspire this work.

By participating in this event, you help carry forward her legacy—bringing hope, smiles, and compassion to those in need.
